Board Meetings

The Registration Act requires the Board meet in person at least twice each calendar year. Other meetings as needed, may be conducted by telephone conference call or other electronic means. The dates, times, media, and location of meetings are announced at least ten, calendar days before the scheduled date of each meeting. With the exception of teleconference meetings and executive sessions, all meetings are open to the public. The public may observe open meetings, but may not participate unless invited to do so or arrangements are made with the Chairman or Secretary at least 5 calendar days prior to the meeting.
